PAYMENT OPTIONS
We are cashless and gladly accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. After you've paid, your receipt will be emailed directly to your inbox. 
 
RUNNING LATE
If you are running late, please call us immediately so that we can discuss your options. When guests are more than 10 minutes late, Tease Austin Salon reserves the right to shorten or reschedule your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late and we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service price.

CANCELATION
We require a credit card to hold all appointments. The card can be charged upon the completion of a service, or in the instance of a cancellation and/or reschedule that occurs less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Guests are requested to give a minimum 48-hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows our stylists an appropriate amount of time to book another guest. If you or we cancel your appointment and/or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, you will pay a charge of 50% of the services scheduled. This will be charged to your credit card on file. 

We understand life happens. If there is an extenuating circumstance please inform your stylist.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOW

No call/no shows will pay a charge of 100% of the services scheduled. This will be charged to your credit card on file.

 
CHANGING STYLISTS
Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. This provides a variety of talent and flexibility in booking an appointment. We suggest you use two or three stylists regularly. This way you are always assured of personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illness or unexpected travel plans.

 

CHILDREN

In order to offer a relaxing environment and safety for all of our guests, we ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your visit.

  • Children receiving services ages 7 and under need a parent by their side at all times.

  • Children not receiving services must be in the front waiting area, accompanied by another adult.  This is for the safety of your child and out of respect for other guests receiving services. 

  • Children service prices are the same as adults. This allows the stylist to give the time, attention and precision the cut deserves. 

  • Infant carriers and strollers may not be on the salon floor. Infants must also stay in the front waiting area with a supervising adult for their safe keeping. 

  •  Only Children over age 10 may wait in the front guest area without supervision. 

We know life happens - snow days, sick days, time allotted for feedings, etc. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your appointments or break them up over different days if the need arises.

Please understand if you arrive with a child under the age of 10 without anyone to supervise them, we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment. 

PHONES

We ask that phones are kept on silent and phone calls kept to a minimum inside the salon to help create a peaceful atmosphere. 

SATISFACTION

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the services you received, please feel free to contact Dawn Wilson, our salon owner at dawn.wilsontx@gmail.com immediately so that we may resolve the situation. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.

PARKING

There are two reserved spaces directly in front of the salon. There are other spaces in front of the shopping center, behind the shopping center and behind the carwash.
